Product Purchases & Returns

  • All tobacco product sales are final. Due to regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds unless a product is deemed defective.

  • Defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

  • Non-Tobacco Items: Accessories such as lighters, cigar cutters, and pipes may be eligible for a return within 30 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Taxes are applied at checkout based on Minnesota tobacco tax regulations.
